Membership Levels

If you are intending to participate in Gold Coast Roller Sports Club activities you must hold current membership. Gold Coast Roller Sports memberships include Sports Insurance, and are valid from 1st of January to 31st of December every year.

Your age and level of participation determines which level of membership is required. All levels except Social membership requires Skate Australia membership.

Bronze Member

Allows the member to participate in all training programs and events. These members are not allowed to compete or to participate in any interclub competition or medal tests. (Bronze Members must be under 12 years of age at 31st of December of the relevant calendar year)

Silver Member

Allows the member to participate in all training events, programs, tests and compete at all club, Novice interclub events and medal tests. These members are not allowed to compete in Open, State or National events.

Gold Member

Allows the member to participate in all training events, programs, tests and compete at all club, interclub, Open, State events and medal tests. These members are not allowed to enter into National or International Competitions.

Platinum Member

Allows the member to participate in all training events, programs, tests and compete at all club, interclub, Open, State events and medal tests. These members are allowed to compete in Open, State & National events.

Social Member

Allows the member to participate in all non skating casual and social activities, including fund raising activities. This membership does not allow participation in any skating activities, other than special committee sanctioned events.

Ordinary Member

Allows the member to participate in all casual and social skating activities, but not allowed to participate in any training activities and programs. Allowed to serve on Skate Australia affiliated committees and hold positions as officials and/or judges.
